9pm is evening in Pacific time, so in eastern time thats 12am, Tuesday
in central time its 11:00pm
so in theory

In theory it's going to be released at the same time as it is in Japan... Well, that's my theory, anyway... I'm just hoping it gets released by 12:00 Central...

Isn't this ironic? They finally get the update out, including the eShop and the damned eShop is down for maintenance... The big N fails.

The big N fails. let me guess a lot of 3DS users have jumped on the E Shop train all at once and they are having stability issues. after all it did just launch.

There's another update out for those who play Ridge Racer 3D, its supposed to stop the freezing the previous update caused. and for those who missed out on the previous update, this one will do what the previous one did. and the E Shop is fully stabilized. but new games will appear every thursday, if I am correct.
