 "Yes, I just came here from France. What about you?" Arctic asked before setting his luggage on the ground giving his arms a break. He then turned his attention back to her and noticed she had found a book what had caught her attention.

Shiki Ryogi Shiki was flipping the pages of her new book and stopped when the boy had asked her a question. Her face became serious and she answered with a monotonous tone, "My parents... Their jobs require them to move a lot, so I somehow ended up here. I feel kind of lost. I don't even know what kind of school this is." She looked at him and laughed a bit embarrassed, "I'm sorry. I'm talking too much, aren't I?" She straightened up and tucked her hair behind her ear. Her eyes were scrolling the bookshelf again.

Arctic shook his head no when she asked him if she was talking to much. " No you don't apologize. I'm not much of a talker so I really don't mind it when people talk my ear off" He said as he browsed the books in front of him. " I'm a bit lost when it comes to this school as well I thought I knew what I was going into but now that i'm here I a bit unsure" He said as put he ring finger under his chin and thought what expected this school to be like.

Shiki RyogiShiki stared at him for a moment and laughed. "You're a lot nicer than I thought you would be," she smiled sweetly at him. She walked to the counter and payed for the book she had chosen. She walked back to the boy and held on to the book. "Well... Found a good book yet?" she asked staring at him.

Arctic grabbed a book of the shelf and quickly skimmed through it when the girl went to counter, the book seemed to be filled with a lot of H.P Lovecraft stories. He turned back to the girl when he heard her approach. " Yea I think so." He said with a warm smile after he closed the book.

Shiki RyogiShe smiled and said, " That's great!" She took a peek at he book he was holding and nodded. Shiki was about to walk to the door when she turned back and asked the boy, " Where are you going after this by the way? And I sort of forgot to introduce myself. I'm Shiki." She bowed and grinned cheerfully. She made a face as if asking for his name too.

" Nice to meet you Shiki, I'm Arctic " Arctic said with a cheerful smile before bending downing and picking his luggage back up. " I was going to go and look for my dorm, but if you want do something I don't mind carrying my luggage around a little bit longer." He said as he walked to the counter and paid for his book.

Shiki RyogiShiki blushed at Arctic's hospitality. "Err--No, it's alright. Unless you want to. But you know, I was gonna look for a dorm but I have no idea where to stay," she said a bit embarrassed. She scratched her head and looked away from him shyly. She watched him as he paid for the book he had chosen. Shiki shrugged and smiled to herself.

" Well you can always stay in my dorm" Arctic said jokingly with chuckle as he picked up his book up from the counter with his free hand and walked to the door and waited.

Shiki RyogiShiki stared at him a little shocked. Her face turned red as she realized he had already walked to the door. "O--Oh!" She walked next to Arctic and asked, "So where are you really going now?" she said looking a bit confused being the innocent girl she is.

Arctic looked at Shiki with a calm when asked him where he was really going. " I guess my dorm I need to but my luggage away" He said as he luggage was kind of heavy and his arm was starting to get sore though he didn't want to admit it.

Shiki RyogiThe sight of Arctic trying to hide that his arms were getting sore made Shiki giggle a bit. She patted his head and said, "Yeah, you should really drop your stuff off. I guess I'll look for a place to stay too."She smiled at him and picked up her own backpack from the ground.

Arctic lightly chuckled after Shiki patted him on the his head. " Well ok then that's go"He said as he held open the door for her after she picked up her backpack. (Arctic exits the book store and goes to his dorm)

Shiki RyogiShe quickly walked to the door and waved at the clerk and thanked her. She tagged along with Arctic to the exit and faced him. "Thanks for the company, Arctic. It'd be pretty embarrassing if I walked with you to your dorm. I'll go to the Central Park then and just ask for some directions," she said smiling at Arctic again. {exits to Central Park}
