Announcing Pokedex 3D

Pokemon.com has announced Pokedex 3D, a neat little application that lets you view Black and White pokemon as 3D models. You collect data "from friends, using the SpotPass™ feature (wireless broadband Internet access required), or by scanning special Augmented Reality (AR) Markers."

You can also apparently take pictures of the 3D pokemon in real environments...like superimposing them on a shot of the tree outside your house, for instance. *L*

And the best part? It's FREE!

(If you don't count the cost of a 3DS, which to me, is currently not worth it! *LOL*)
