In the Modern world things are no longer what they seem. For from all dredges of society strange people are appearing with strange abilities. Almost as if they are signs the human race is evolving. While governments and the life of everyone around continue as normal the life of those who are stuck on the recesses of society have become harder. Those that have become agents have begun to create different forms of agency's and get their money by using their powers for the ones with money.
Each Agency type can have two agency's and a total of 4 members aside from gangs and contractors.
Transportation agency's. A service where a good is taken from one place to another without hindrance of the good making it to it's location.
Recovery agency's, A group that does what they can to recover lost or stolen items.
Defensive agency's. An agency that protects an item, person or location at all costs.
Assassination agency's. A service that provides elimination of an enemy target. Usually the target is somehow covered by a defensive agency.
Taker agency's. A group of specialized agents paid to take something that is typically not wanted to be taken.
Contractors: They are simple. They give the jobs to the agency's aside from gangs as no one can hire gangs.
Gang Agency's. Groups of people who having been fed up with being unable to live their lives freely and forced to do the lap work of those with money have subdued to making their own territories. Where they are in charge of their own crime and own lives. Even the police and other such governmental works are useless against them. They attempt to mirror the Gode of the fortress and have 5 members with powers.
You will fall into one of these. You are one of these people who have been born different. As such you where born at the dredges, the bottom. No government or anyone high in life will accept you as even living unless you are needed for a lap job. As such you have walked through life and grown learning to join an agency or risk dying in the continuous wars of the gangs. When the gangs overstep the boundaries of The In-penetrable Fortress.
