Not sure if this is the right place to post but I'm trying to find a particular movie but can't remember the name but remember seeing a scene of it.

The scene I remember is a guy who can run super fast, despite his old age and almost looks like Benjamin Franklin, and is chasing a bullet and tries to grab it but hurts his hands and then runs ahead of it and grabs a tube like thing to change the trajectory of the bullet to hit something else.
