I know that I basically the only guy that posted a topic in here but my girlfriend (now Fiancee) wanted to know about how long the gyn exam is normally? Even tho I am a guy I am doing this on the behalf of my fiancee.

It's in the sticky, I think. Please read through it. There's personal experiences listed too, which might be of use.
I had a full physical recently, and the whole pap smear/pelvic exam/breast exam part of the physical took less than 5 minutes. Depending on whether or not it's a female's first time, it might take longer. My first time was no longer than about 10 minutes, and from what I've heard from other females, that's about normal.

I'm usually scheduled for a half hour slot and I'm usually in there for the full time. The actual tests don't take long at all, but I have some extra things and I always like to ask my doctor some personal questions while I am there (sometimes, I will even ask questions people have asked on these forums. It's usually too late for the person asking them, but at least then I know for next time, lol).
So if you are just doing a physical without other stuff (so assuming your fiancee doesn't have any other health problems that need to be tested), it should only take 10-15 minutes or less. Although, I would encourage her to talk to her doctor and use up as much time as she can. This is her chance to get information about her body from an expert.

Not long honestly. I found sitting and waiting for the doctor took WAY long and felt way longer too. Once the doctor comes in things get done and you are right back out again.

I'm usually in and out in fifteen minutes. The actual exam part takes about five minutes for me.
