Ok it took me a while tgo find this, not wanting to double post.
I am a huge fan of Sera Myu. I also have a huge crush on Hikari Ono, who plays a ton of the sera myu villians. The songs are great, and while some of the musicals are cheesey...it is Sailor Moon after all, they are a lot of fun.

Yup! They started in 1993 and went to 2005. Over 20 musicals in all. though they are broken down into stages and such. If you havent seen them, you should. They are very good

I'll be honest. i dont knwo why its sera myu. probably to better distinguish which version of sailor moon it is.

i really LOVE all the musicals that i've seen. and i've seen a lot! but i really wish that the musicals would start up again!!!!

I've seen all the ones that have been fansubbed...Whats your favorite? I love 1996 - sailor Stars 1999 - Kaguya Shima Desetsu and 2001 Tanou! Ankoku no Princess Black Lady I am absolutly in love with Hikari Ono, and every roll that she plays

Like how the Kanji translates into english... but I'm not sure if that's really true or not.

Its probably how it sounds, So your probably right...I think its also an easier way to distinguish in the Sailor Moon universe
