Welcome to the Tome of Sephrenia. Here the progress and experiences of Sephrenia will be recorded as she grows, interacts and learns about the world and other satyrs. A public diary of her life and thoughts.

Sephrenia's name comes from one of David Eddings characters. His character was a woman of wisdom and magic, she was often looked upon as a mother figure from her students.

I am an average college student with a love for art and RPs. I have few other pets that RP heavy and so I am eager to have Sephrenia grow and to begin her interaction with other satyrs.

Sephrenia's Homecoming

Entry by Paetrisah

I had first found out about the soul-possessed bells from a legend and one not many would believe so easily, but I am a hunter of truth behind legends and myths and this particular one intrigued me at the time. A tale that Dionysus' children had survived the great battle, it was an impossibility because they were mythological creatures and had nearly been forgotten except in children's stories. So I ventured into the unknown and after hardship and obstacles I have found the truth.

The Satyrs have survived and I have met with an elder, Cardea. It had taken awhile to gain her trust but once I had, she had explained to me that there had always been one Satyr to watch over the bells that now held the souls of Satyrs. She had explained to me each bell would need their own guardian to watch over them and to teach them of the new world.

I volunteered.

So the elder presented me with a black and blue bell. It chimed sweetly and the sound was pure. I have brought it up home and it now rests close at hand. Sometimes I here the bell chime without a touch from me and I think that maybe its the soul that is responding, but I can't be sure.

I have named the bell Sephrenia. A name from a novel that I read by David Eddings. The character was a wise woman with magic and taught warriors her craft. And in return her students called her mother and watched over her. I wish for my own little Sephrenia to grow up to be such a wise character and compassionate as well.

I have so much hope for the future.
