Making BREAD! Lol. Real bread I mean, with yeast and all that. I had so much fun with it yesterday. xD Mixing it, kneading it, watching it rise, playing with it some more then being sad because I have to put in in the oven... Yeah. The one I made didn't taste that good, all it had was whole wheat flour and a tablespoon of honey for the yeast and a bit of salt x_x next time though I plan on adding more honey and some cinnamon. I need to get more yeast though. But yeah, it's so fun :O If you've never done it before, you should do it xDDD

For me the best part of making bread is smelling it while it's in the oven. I love to bake but I hate cleaning up the mess after. Flour everywhere! I need a maid.

I'm a culinary student. My bread class was one of my favorite classes this past semester! I had a blast baking bread, making it, shaping it, etc. biggrin biggrin biggrin I'm gonna graduate soon. biggrin I might make some Challah bread soon. Challah is one of my favorite types! biggrin The only thing I don't like about cooking is having to clean the mess and dishes lol.
