My high school never had one but the college I will be attending this fall has one and I was wondering what kind of things they do in these clubs? I would love to join one and go places but I have no clue as to what they discuss in these clubs, where they go (such as do some do protests or other out of school activites?). I'd really like some incite. I am straight, by the way, and I am a firm believer of love transcends all genders and races and would love to show my support by joining my college's LGBT-Alliance Club.

Neither of the school GSA's I went to went anywhere.
They mostly just talk bout experiences, problems etc.
