I already have some of this in my profile, and my deviant art is linked elsewhere in the guild, but here are a few things I've done. I would like to note that I'm not particularly happy with my artwork. I have trouble sticking with any one thing for very long, and my work suffers for it. Still, hopefully this gets the ball rolling and we can enjoy each others work.

(Photobucket appears to be down at the moment, so I'll just leave my profile examples here for now. If anyone wants to see more, let me know and I'll check again with photobucket later.)

Do you use a program to draw this or do you upload hand drawn pictures and color them and such?

I draw as well, but.... Well, I've got a ways to go still.....

A photoshop image I colored in, I'm still working on it, but I can't draw with photoshop just yet.
Hand Drawn - Drawing of my avi, previously
Hand Drawn 2 - RP characters

I couldn't find my other images, well because I recently lost my USB and well, it had everything on it. I think yours are pretty well done though and you've got the lighting down, which is something I've still got to work on.
(I'd put my photos up, but they stretch the page.)

I draw in pencil, then ink (which I'm not particularly talented at, especially as small as I have to draw things to fit my scanner, causing a loss of detail from penciled work in some cases). That is scanned into the computer, noise cleaned up with photoshop, and the image colored in photoshop using, what I suppose is my own unique technique. (From what I understand, most people that use photoshop to color use hundreds to thousands of layers. I use one or two, with 4 or 5 channels).

I would really like to try working with a tablet, but I'm not sure how my drawing style would translate. I'm still developing anyway, assuming that I could ever get myself fully dedicated to real growth. Something in life always comes up and knocks me off course with my art.

I ordered one once, just a cheap little one. I used to play isketch, and I would dominate with the mouse. Getting that little tablet was going to be my attempt to be kind of a d**k and showboat. :/

Your art is wonderful. Your pencil flow looks so natural and smooth. I have some blockiness issues to get past. I'm guessing that you used Kai for the colored image?

I use pit pens after I draw in pencil, but only half the time. Ah, I see. Have you tried using HP scanners? Yeah, mine varies. I can use many or very little. I don't really care if I do or don't, because I clean it up in the end.

A tablet? Sounds interesting. Of course you'll have your challenges, but that should give way to more life experiences and ideas to create more art.

Nice. It was worth a try.

Thanks. It ends up getting smudged up from my hand resting on the paper, but if you use a scanner, for best results, I'd use a mechanical pencil with .7 led. It smudges less and catches better on scanners. No, actually it was photoshop. It's very good for graphic art coloring, I watched a youtube video on how to color in stuff and I picked up on the first try.
