PART 2....
For those who Cant remember,heres a recap of important events:
Captain Valen (federation) was confronted by a strange women who told him "When the HAWK STRIKES the TRIBE will RISE.." valen lost sight of her and hasnt seen her since. He asked Lt. Tank and Mech mechanic Kitsune to help him look for a tree with plus mark on it at a certain forest. The tree was found and valen dug to find an object wrapped in a cloth,they are now located at a mecha hangar.
kaede a very close person to General Karth(union) has lost her memory due to a tragic accident during a battle. karth was devasted because he could not find keade and therefore he thinks she is "dead".
she was found and treated by the federation soldiers and Commander Sierra is teaching her the ropes to becoming a Federation member..
karth is currently controlling a Gaint Mecha Called "TITAN mecha" it is monstrous machine that is being used to wipe out the federation.
Riza,Sasuke,Nana and emile are all that is left of karths Team who are helping him with his goals.

Characters/newcomers(if you were in last raganrok then you dont need to make a profile)

Karth was tied to the machinery like a bug in a web. the fact Kaede was gone, only made him feel worse. he he didnt want to be waiting anymore.
So he opened up the chat webcam in the hangar in the control room. the lady was there. "sir is there something the matter?"
Karth: "yes... are the teleportation devises ready for use?"
Lady: "sir... they havent been tested... we could all die if it goes horribly wrong..."
Karth: "we'll be fine"
Lady: "but..."
Karth: "i am Master general Karth, i am the supereir officer in this chain of command and you will do as i say, that is an order, now fire up the teleportaion engines NOW!"
Lady: "yes.. sir..."
the chatroom went off
a screen lowered from the ceiling.
it was a touch screen.
one of his arms were freed to type on it
he entered a pass code and then pressed some buttons.
the screen ascended into the ceiling.
his arm returned to the web of mechinery.
the webcam came back on
Lady: "alright sir, countown to teleportation. 5...4..."
Karth thought in his head Kaede may be gone, but i think its time i take things in my own hands. it all starts with this. i take over the federation, i got for that old man ruling the union. from there, there will be only one ruler, and that ruler is me, i will be the head of all, i will dictate the entire world, and from their those who wish to rebel, i will crush with my own hands.
"2...1...now..."
Karth: "Brase yourselves, teleportation is alot more dangerous that it seams, make sure you dont move, or only have of you will be teleported."
suddenly a green flash of light filled the room and everywhere. the entire battle field was lit, it was blinding.
then the light left and the mech was gone from its original position.
it was then immediately right dead center of the capital.
anything beneath its feet were crushed to bits. they were destroyed. Karth didnt care at this point if any humans lives were lost.
Beneath the feet of the monster was rubble.
the machinery then let go of karth.
He walked forward.
Karth: "EMILE! you are to take charge of the titian. the teleportation engines took up lost of the mech's power, so you will not be able to move for awhile. I am going to go look for the Federation President, and kill him. Riza. you come too. "

 Riza had mixed feelings on what just happened.
She was going to say that there were innocent people, people who had nothing to do with his plans. But the People were everything, are everything.
"Yes Sir." She followed him and his order, with a frown.
This won't be easy...at all.

 an elevator door opened and out walked Karth. it was his personal hanger. there was all lined up his mechs from the past that he had used. Then off to the corner was a large mass covered with a large tarp. He walked over to it. "this moment is the going to be the turning point in my plan... i guess this is the best time to use it..." he tore off the tarp off the massive clump of the mechanical masterpiece. "I have been working on this for years now... since the Titian was under construction.... i have put into this mech the exact technology that the Titian has. all the power but for one person. this will be my Ticket to glory... The rXK-Ultima..."  . the cockpit door opened. a mechanical mess of machinery unfolded down to make a little esculator, which lifted him up. he climbed in. past the small door there was a small blank space, there was nothing around. it was like a hollow shell. completely white. there wasnt any seat or nothing. the door then closed from behind him. it was dark for a second, then it glowed red as a red light filled the cockpit. then a small hollow graphic screen popped up infront of him. he then typed a special code. the screen then went away. the glowing red changed to a light blue. then from all directions, thousands of small mechanical arms and pieces fitted all around him, like web much like from the titian. in this meb of machinery, he could move his arms freely, and when he did the mech he was in. then a small visor covered his eyes. he could see exsactly what the mech could see. he pressed a few buttons that were near his fingers. and suddenly the boosters kicked in. it was a lightish blue color. he then levitated some to be free from the platform and then like a speeding bullet shot out a super sonic speed. leaving a blue trail behind it. "Riza, we are going to attack the president head on, be prepared for the presidents royal guard. they are all very experienced and talented pilots. Im giving you the coordinates now."

Tank pulled himself into the cockpit of the Frontier XT. He closed it's top and then activated as he received an urgent message from one of the highest ranking officers in the Federation. "All mech pilots report combat-ready to the capital we are under siege. I repeat under siege."
Tank immediately launched the Frontier through the open roof of the hangar and jetted towards the capital. When he arrived there was a shadow from a monstrous mech covering the whole city. There were hundreds of mechs in the sky, most of them Federation. As Tank neared the center of the city the amount destruction grew worse. There were thousands of casualties. When he went over the building where the president worked he realized it was a plot to destroy the structure of the whole Federation. An unidentified mech flew past the Frontier. Tank opened fire knowing that it wasn't Federation.

MAC stood atop a pile of rubble, his TX-12 slightly battered from the fight. He turned, climbing over the bodies and mechs of the fallen, returning to his mobile base. Floating just 8 feet above the ground, the carrier was a huge mech used as a mobile area of operations for the Artillery.
They had won the battle, but among the fallen lay MAC's only contact with the rest of the Union fleet.They had been separated for quite some time now; its doubtful that the Union even thinks the AAC still exists. Now in his combat armor, he stepped foot on the bridge.
"Commander, massive radiation flare to the Northwest. Looks like its coming from the capitol." A tech sergeant screamed as MAC entered.
"Well it seems old Karth's been keeping himself busy. How far out are our scouts?"
"two hours sir."
"very well. Bring all troops aboard and send Major Ranhent forward with scouts. I want them fully armed in TX-12's"

Karth in his new advanced mech, had no interest, to deal with the fleet that was blocking his way. (Tank) he pushed the controls forward, igniting the boosters, it took a second to power up, he stood still int he air, a totally open target, but the moment any mecha could even touch him, his boosters fully ignited, and dashed right passed all of the mechs intercepting his approach to the capital. he was like a flash of light, and he mad made it out of sight. going at such fast speeds, his mech was difficult to control seeing as it was its first time achieving such speeds, luckily he had made it past the line of troops. he continued to flash at the speed, untill he eventually made it to the city wall. he wasnt able to stop very well, going at such speeds, he tried to slow down, but could muster up enough power within such a small time frame to slow him self down and avoid, crashing into the wall his mech, had made it through 3 layers of wall, and skidded across the ground, stirring up dirt, mud, and concrete everywhere, yet it still wasnt enough to stop the mechs speed. the mech then crashed into a side of a building complex, it was big enough to have the whole mech inside the center of the building, and the building still stand, and hide the mech from the outside. Karth from inside flipped on his camouflage, and the mech turned completely invisible. even the most trained eye, would not be able to pick up on it. Karth exited his mech, the floor of building where the exit of the mech, had ended up, was closed automobile showcase, various cars and automotive parts were there. Including a nice motorcycle. Karth was far away from the capital of the city, he was only on the very edge. he had few amount of time before the mechs that had tried to stop him just a minute ago, eventually found out where he was. he hurried to the motor cycle, quickly hotwired it, he put on a helmet, just in case anyone recognized his face. (which he doubted, because, as far as he knew, no one outside, the Union knew who he was.) he drove the motorcycle though the nearest window, and road down a conveniently contracted ramp that had stretched from the side of the building, just below the window he had crashed through. he then immediately booked it, toward the capitol building. hoping no one was perusing him at the time.
