Ooh, if you want more civ RP with Evie, maybe she and Marcella knew each other at Crystal? Perhaps they could have been roommates, even? Marcella hated Crystal, but she likes movies a lot, and rooming with someone who was also a movie buff (and also a volunteering enthusiast) was probably one of the best ways for her to have made friends.
Evie wasn't a big fan of Crystal either, she was just hauled off there at her dad's insistence when she qualified for a scholarship. (She thinks Crystal's full of a bunch of callous snobs D: ) And she does love her movies. SO I think she would've gotten along with Marcella fabulously, especially if they were roomies.
ALSO did you have anything in mind for that powered scenario with Asclepius and Zirconia or just a bumping into each other on patrol thing?
