Last night, I committed both a party foul and a computer fail. I was jamming to some beats on my computer, while drinking some wine (being glass number 2 so my buzz was on), and BAM! I knocked over a near full glass onto my laptop. It spilled down my screen to the keyboards. GFJGFKJS!!!
Yeah, so I took it in to get looked at and am using Will's even crummy laptop. sad 50 buckeroos just for them to say what's wrong with it. I don't even want to know how much it will be to actually fix it because it's a hardware problem now. The keyboard is all ******** and there's some weird light on the screen now.
Ever done something really dumb to your poor computer? If so, how did you fix it? Go to a shop or get all magical fixing powers on its' hiney?

I just reboot the computer. I've only rebooted it twice and it's about 3 - 4 years old now. The first time an unknown virus attacked my computer and I have no anti-virus software on it at the time (big mistake) and system restore failed big time. No choice but to reboot.
P.S. Forgot to mention that I have dropped it a couple of times. One time, I was in the middle of playing the Sims 3 (love that game). My computer shut off and I didn't even get to save.
