It's for a event. Kyurem is supposed to have three in total unique moves for it. That item could be for the other two, or just one of them.

I do not think we need a lame video like this to confirm what we already know. Or at least what we should know...HG/SS FR/LG COLO/XD HG/SS, and FR/LG are not main titles, they are just reboots of previous main titles. COLO/XD are not main titles either, just spin off games. Thank you for pointing out the obvious. Just sayin'. n_n
It's exactly the reason why there isn't a third of these games. Why redo a remake?

If the 5th Gen continues the current trend, we should see a Grey Version for the DS, and a Ruby/Sapphire remake, most likely for the 3DS since it's the latest system. Grey version kinda has to be compatible with all DS systems since Black and White are, but if they make a Ruby/Sapphire remake, they wouldn't have the same restriction. inb4CrystalwasonGBCnotGB.
