okay, i was dueling somone on the Yugioh Virtual Duel Network. now, i activated Trap Jammer to negate his Interdimensional Transporter. he activates Mystical Space Typhoon. it destroys my card but it doesn't negate Trap Jammer's effect since it doesn't say that it negates effects, correct?

You cannot activate Mystical Space Typhoon in response to Trap Jammer. Spell Speed 3 can only be chained to by another Spell Speed 3.

But even if he could it wouldn't stop its effect, Mst is only for continuous or equip(or field) cards, as it doesn't negate.

MST destroys facedown spell and traps, giving it a huge advantage. It also can be set, baiting their MST so you can chain yours and hit another of their MTs for a +1.
