My dad is being a real jerk. He's this time, completely cutting off the internet and cable... Until either he decides to get it back, or I move out, I will only be online from school. I'm going to move out as soon as I can afford to. I'm going to big time save up for it. even if it means I move into an appartment (and all my animals WILL be going with me, no matter what). This is the last straw with him... All this is over me and my brother talking about stuff while he was trying to read something, and I have apparantly remained online for 10 minutes after he told me to go offline and told him to be patient, when the only time I have asked him to be patient is when he gives me less than 1 minute to tell everyone I'm chatting with that I g2g and log off of everything. I have taken less than 3-4 minutes on average to go offline when I need to, and less than one minute to go do something when I'm told to. Apparantly my improvements are nowhere near good enough. My rl brother is the one that he should have the issues with, as he doesn't do what he's told to or go offline for at least a half hour or so after he was instructed to. Apparantly my brother was mentioned. I have gotten MUCH better. but does he notice? no. He only notices the once in a blue moon (at this point) occurence of me taking a while to go offline and turn off my computer. He has selective memory and he holds grudges about things for a HUGE amount of time.. He is still holding a grudge about things that happened over a year ago... He only remembers negative stuff, almost never anything positive, unless it's something he wants to remember. From what I can tell, this is not an empty threat this time, as he has instructed my mom to return the cable and internet stuff to the company tomorrow.

I'm probably going to try to get my own internet service so I'm not screwed over with my communication with my teachers, and so I can continue to do the stuff I love doing. I'm gonna contact the cable company and find out how much their internet service is. If I can afford to, I'm going to do it. If I do, I'm not going to allow him to use it, unless he absolutely NEEDS to. I'll try to open an account with them and get the modem transferred over to my name. If it works out, I will then be able to still go online, if not, then I'll have to deal with only going online from school, during the semesters... when I'm there long enough until the day I move out...
