Have any of you ever heard of the SCA (Society of Creative Anachronism)? They are a Medieval re-creation club thing. The point I'm trying to get across is that wherever there is a chapter, you can go to weekly meetings for free and sword fight.

Yeah. You can either fight Heavy (full armor, beating each other with full strength) or Rapier (light leather armor, fencing style).

I believe Amtgard is..I'm not involved with Dagorhir
as to NERO, it seems to be thickest in the northeast
