A dark morbid tower that is located in the right next to the Hokage's mansion, with an ominous look to it, it is not a place to be wondering around. Inside this tower is where the ANBU Captain resides along with the other ANBU Ops members. Inside the tower is where people are taken to be interrogated, highly dangerous missions are given and where the ANBU go through their hardcore training.
