Appearance Description:
Arashi is short about 5.6 feet tall, fairly built well, his hair is dark gray rather long all around, sticks out as if it were on fire. His eyes are yellow cat like, but look like that of a hollow, and cause people to think of him as a hollow. Other wise for his clothes it is the standard shinigami uniform but his top has the sleeves ripped off, black steel guarded fingerless gloves, wooden oak sandals, and his lower back rest his zanpakuto which is a short gray bladed straight sword about 2 feet long.

Perosonality: Arashis a very positive, up beat kind of person, who at times can be rather strange, but has a kind heart who will always help someone out. But at the same time he can very quiet and serious, which usually only comes out when he has something on his mind or is in a bad mood.

Bio:

Arashi Galewind, not a simple soul brought to the spirit world in a normal manner. You see, this would be the second time he has been to this world, but in a different body, that was not just his own. Arashi was actually once a inner hollow of a shinigami, the shingami was somehow separated from his inner hollow and along with his body, somehow given a new one supposedly. During the separation the body and inner hollow were reborn into one being. Now somehow the power was lost but not entirely, the power of the hollow is gone, but the traits of the hollow power still show in his new power, but not just the hollow traits remained there... The other power remained, if fact that is what saved him and gave the rebirth. Once a beast, always a beast they say. Arashi for some reason once he came to the world he was lost, all that he could remember was his name, yet he felt like it was off, but he took it regardless, and so he wandered blindly in search of a reason to his existence. It was one day that he had heard the word shinigami, it shoot through him like lighting piercing his soul like a knife. So to find a understand to the word that echoed through him, he decided to go to find out more of what a shinigami was, and so learned of the word hollow. Just as the same it shoot through him, and with that he saw a fuzzy faint image from his of gray flaming masked figure, standing in some sort of battle zone. With that the image faded away, and so he decided to become a shinigami in hopes of finding this gray flaming masked figure some day, even though with out knowing it... He was closer then he knew.

Zanpakuto Name: Hakumei Bakemono Raikou [Twilight Phantom Lighting]

Zanpakuto Spirit Form Appearance: Hakumei is a quiet man, and so his appearance suits him very appropriately. He is cloaked in a cloak a gray flames, and wears a gray demon like mask, with gray demon like eyes, and has gray silver hair that goes down to his shoulders.

Zanpakuto Shikai Realse sad Not Achieved)Hakumei Bakemono Raikou Tsuin [ Twilight Phantom Lightning Twin ]

Arashi draws out his blade and yell out "Hibana! Hakumei Bakemono Raikou Tsuin Kougake's!" The blade is then enveloped in gray lightning, the in one flash of gray light the blade explode and transfers to each of Arashi's hand. Then as the light settles each hand, becoming gray steel tonfa's about 20 inches long.

In this form Arashi has the control over twilight lighting, which is a energy that is created from positive and negative emotions. So in a sense light and darkness, but to have control over twilight one must be in between in a perfect harmony. But at times because of his current level of power, the lighting can color in theory., so if he has lost himself to darkness, the lighting will become black filled with corruption, and if he positive thoughts such as someone to protect the lighting will become white with purity. To truly under twilight, he must explore both sides to gain the power needed to become a true user of twilight. At this time, Arashi is still not in full balance and so with his heart clouded his lighting is darkish gray. Although generally twilight, the lightning is still lightning but with the essence if twilight.

Shikai Attacks:

Tsuin Karite Gai Ken [Twin Reaper Scythe Blades]

At the end of the tonfa's and curving down, grow a gray sparking lightning twilight scythe blade that start out at a foot each but both can extend out to 8 feet. While in this mode Arashi melee attacks deal twilight and lightning damage. In this mode as well, he cant use any special moves unless either transfer it into the attack or dispelling it.

Hakumei Raikou Boruto [Twilight Lighting Bolt's]

Arashi put's arms to his,raises him arms enough so his tonfa's ponit out straight, and then from either one he can focus his twilight lightning energy into the bottom tips, and then by thrusting forward aimed where need or even directly onto the target. He will send a bolt of gray lighting out, and can shoot out to 200 hundred feet before dispersing unless he were to apply more power to, but doing so will drain him more quickly.

Raikou Charge

Arashi is able to charge lighting into body part every now and then, such as his legs were. By charging his lighting into his leg's and lowering them slightly, when he pushes up he explodes forward. But if say he does not do it properly it could send him in the wrong direction, and if used to often it will take a large toll on his legs.

Binding spells (bakudō)

* 1. Restrain (塞, sai)— Locks a target's arms in place behind their back. Simple- a shinigami's spiritual energy takes control of another person's muscles. In this case, it is in the arms- pinning it against their back. It does not require a lot of concentration if the target is not aware of what is happening and cannot fight against it.

* 4. Crawling Rope (這縄, hainawa) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms. Similar to bakudo one only this time, the spiritual energy must be molded into ropes to physically restrain another person. Takes more concentration than bakudo one.

* 9. Hit (撃, geki) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them. More similar to bakudo one than four. Mostly because you are controlling the muscles of your opponent by not letting them move. It takes a lot more concentration to keep EVERY muscle from moving. The light is merely visible spirit energy.

Destructive spells (hadō)

*1. Thrust (衝, shō) — Pushes the target away from the caster. Imagine your spirit energy to be a forceful push against a physical object.

* 4. White Lightning (白雷, byakurai)— Fires a concentrated bolt of lightning from the caster's forefinger. Like the fire type kido, a lightning based hado is spiritual energy with the components of lighting (The electricity, the burn, ext.) The user must have the intent to kill or stun the opponent, considering it is a dangerous and harmful type kido.
