Kaien looked over to see Destiny walk in front of him. He cleared his throat and smirked, letting go of Cindy but just to wrap his arm around her shoulder. “Hm. Oh are they now? Well just shows that little pathetic football players can’t bring me down with a few punches to the face.” He couldn’t help but to grin more. “I will flirt with who I please and talk with who I please, but I am sure as hell I will not let someone beat me down over one little girl.” He rolled his eyes some and laughed. “But anyways, not the point.” He said in annoyance. “I don’t wish for you to show me around.” The way he said ‘you’ was in a nasty, harsh voice as if he didn’t care about her. "Being seen with you will just bring my popularity down in this school, sorry.” He gave her a wink and a smirk. “I will have Cindy dear show me around. I want to be seen with the right people and know I am around the popular group, unlike the outsiders like you are.” He said with a laugh and he then began to walk away from her with Cindy. Obviously he was trying to push her buttons.
Kaien then got a text so he pulled out his cell phone and looked at it. He grinned some and then put it away. He looked down at Cindy and he whispered something. She squealed and then ran off. Kaien smirked and stood there, crossing his arms as he waited for her. He tapped his foot then looked back briefly and shook his head. He knew that Destiny probably wouldn’t stop bugging him and would probably just follow right after him again. He bit his lower lip as he got glances from guys. He just nodded his head and gave a wide smirk, showing he wasn’t afraid to get into a little fight with a football player and that he would just beat their asses.
He was already just annoyed with Destiny. Her small voce but hateful look in her eyes. It was obvious she didn’t like him one bit. He cringed lightly at the thought of her. “Ugh…” He let out and he shook his head. His golden eyes looked up to see Cindy coming back to him, but she had a friend this time. Her friend screamed in excitement and ran up to Kaien, asking for a picture or anything to let her get by and brag to friends in other states. Kaien soon took a picture with her and she giggled. Cindy hugged him and smiled, apologizing for bringing her friend. “It is quite alright, I understand the wish to prove everyone you are right and they are wrong.” He laughed some and winked at her, causing her to blush.

╚══════════════════════════════════════════╝ Destiny face grew thoughtful, so it’s embarrassing to be been with her? She choked back a laugh; the slight hurt at those words lasted half a second. She works hard to look morbid as her sister once described the bags under her eyes, if she slept at night she wouldn’t have them. And reading a good book was worth loss of sleep. The rest of Kaien’s words rang through her head, with a warning bell to keep her cool, she gritted her teeth. No, he cannot “Flirt” with whoever he wants, that will start too much drama and this school has enough. She wanted to march away far far away from this Dramatic Fool, her eyes scanned the eyes that glowered at him. But instead she found her feet marching in his direction. So many enemies, she quickened her stride to keep with up Kaien. A hand on her arm stopped her, and startled she looked up to see Brett, one of the football players. He was Faith’s longest boyfriend, also her youngest at this school. Even though Faith had graduated two years ago he loved her still, it always made her want to pet his head, not the smartest tool in the shed, but he was one of the smarter of the players in the team. His big brown eyes always looked a little sad, but they were replaced by fury. “Do you know the deal with That?” he pointed at Kaien, his face grew harder when both of them turned to see more cheerleaders gather around Kaien. Destiny winced, “No I don’t, but please Brett keep the others in check, we don’t need sparks lighting into a fire. Please,” She looked up at him pleadingly and he scratched his head, “Alright I’ll do what I can cuz its you, but you need to sovle it quick my guys are getting ready to do some real damage” She nodded, and started off towards Kaien, she tapped his shoulder her eyes soft and warm. Her smile felt irritating even to her but she kept the images of her niece in her head and the smile grew warm and kind. “I know you’re used to being in the spotlight, and as your Babysitter,” She chuckled a little as she said babysitter letting him know she meant to do just that. “I find it tiring to clean up your messes, so if you’ll be so kind as to let me take my leave now. I’ll find you when I feel like it, and show you around the school because I will, and let you flirt with girls with no boyfriends. Because My school will not suffer you for much longer.” She felt a familiar arm on her shoulder and she saw Brett who looked ready to pounce. “No” was all she said and he nodded, once before he walked off to the locker rooms, to pass the word. She looked at Kaien, “Embarrassing yes, I can be, and to teach you a lesson I don’t see why not to do that to you as well.” She walked past him cutting into the Library. The gauntlet had been thrown she grinned, who knows if the spoiled brat will pick it up, she thought sitting down and opening her book.

Kaien yawned softly and kept his arm around Cindy, not caring if she had a boyfriend or not and if he was around. Right now he could care less, because if anyone hurt him to the point of damaging him forever he could easily have them put in jail or could sew them, it was just that easy. He smirked as he looked down at Cindy. She was asking him if he wanted to hang out after school and he gave a nod and a wink to follow. She giggled and smiled happily. Kaien talked to her some about what being in movies was like just as she had asked but he was cut off as he felt someone tap on his shoulder. He rolled his eyes and looked back. He listened to Destiny; her talking went in one ear and out the other. He yawned to show he was absolutely bored with her talking. He could really care less about what she was saying. “Hm… Whatever.” He said with a bit of a laugh, and Cindy laughed as well. “I’m sorry you can’t take the heat of me being here, but get over it. Why don’t you just move on and go do something with yourself.” He rolled his eyes.
Suddenly as she was walking away he got a really good idea. He grinned and let go of Cindy. He knew someone was bound to be following him with a camera and so he began to walk towards the library, going after Destiny. Soon he came up behind her, and he closed her book. He turned her chair to face him and he grinned as he looked into her eyes. His face was just inches away from hers, his eyes were locked onto hers, and if she looked she would see his eyes were of natural color, contacts normally have the blue ring around the colored part of the eye. He smirked. “Oh my… You must be a little jealous that I am here, that someone actually different is coming here.” He then took hold of her hand. “Come on, don’t be so hateful.” He couldn’t help but to chuckle a bit and he bit his lip, moving just a bit closer. Sure enough, as thought they were being recorded from a part of the library. He reached up with his free hand, brushing a strand of hair from her face. “I can make you popular easily and all it takes is a snap of the fingers for me. And you can be standing at my side and the other girls will be completely jealous.” He said with a bit of a laugh.
He knew this would probably just piss her off greatly. He then put a hand under her chin, just making her look him in the eyes whether she wanted to or not. “I am not afraid of the consequences of my actions, one because if anyone hurts me I can easily get them in jail or sew them due to me being famous. It is easy as a simple kiss.” He said with a wide grin, and he only continued to be closer to her. He then pulled his hand away and stood up looking down at her, he gripped her hands and pulled her to her feet. “Come on, give me a break, I am new after all.” He then pulled her close to him, the men with the cameras only found this to be enjoyable and sure enough it would probably get on the news. He smirked and held onto her hips. “Wave to the cameras.” He whispered and then he kissed her cheek and he let her go and left the library. He only did that to embarrass her greatly.

╚══════════════════════════════════════════╝ Destiny leaned away from him, “Why are you in My Library? Please you’re disturbing my personal time.”She glared when he ignored her comments and began raving his star madness “Hateful!” She cried out staring at his self indulgent smile, “How is my putting you in your place hateful?!” She stared at him her anger blocking any wall she put up to hold her temper. She pointedly ignored his comment about being jealous, there’s no point of being jealous over Him. “I have no need or want to be famous” she said seething as she tried to pull her hand away from his grasp. When it proved futile she looked up at him again, her control slipping the urge to slap him grew stronger as he continued to talk. He brushed aside one of her curls and she stilled not knowing what to do or say shocked, it wasn’t until he pulled her to her feet , that she found her voice. But by then she was already standing and his eyes were slyly watching her reactions. Not contacts, she fumed, “What does anything you say have anything to do with me?” He leaned into whisper into her ear, she lifted her hand to push him away. But her hand came up too late and she froze when he kissed her cheek and blinding lights went off. Destiny paled and turned to see cameras and with the nosy reporters to match popping out from in-between her favorite books to raid her. She didn’t even notice Kaien leaving; all Destiny saw was lights and questions flying at her. She felt her cheek where his lips had touched and she covered her face. “Why?” She cried her voice echoing from the library into the halls her voice cracked. “Why?” She knew she was close to crying and the worst part she didn’t know why. A tear slipped down her cheek, knowing that she was being weak, but what will happen? With these pictures out the world won’t see her and what she plans to do no, they’ll see a fan of a horrible man. Hands shaking she ran to the book storage room, she pulled the key out from her pocket and opened it. She slammed the door on the questions about her name, her age and when did her and the so famous Kaien met. She leaned her head against the door before locking it and opening the window, with the need to escape and run overpowering her she wiped her eyes. And she pushed the window open and jumped out. She jogged over to her car and slipped in, laying her head down on her hands.

Kaien knew she was on the verge of slapping him and the moment he walked away after kissing her cheek she was surrounded by cameras. He heard her and grinned and he walked out of the library. He found himself around and made his way to his first class, meeting the teacher, who was a female. Of course the females were already eyeing him and calling dibs as most would do. He just walked to the backseat and sat, calm and collected. A smirk still on his face from the reaction of Destiny. It was rather amusing and he enjoyed it. He closed his eyes and then he opened them, he pulled out his cell phone and he quickly sent a text. A girl came up to him and began asking random questions. Such as; what is it like to be in movies, do you think you could sing a song for me, can I get a backstage pass to a concert, can we go on a date sometime; and the questions will continually go on and on. He answered only as few. He opened his bag and took out a notebook. He began to write in it, and draw random doodles. He yawned, getting rather bored, wondering how Destiny was taking it. He laughed some. He knew that other guys in the school would probably end up sticking up for her and might attempt to kick his a**.
In the parking lot a nice blue Mercedes parked right next to Destiny’s car and a woman and man came out of it. They wore expensive clothing, and were obviously Kaien’s parents. They saw the little fight that went down and wished to clear it up as soon as possible. They walked into the school and went into the office. Kaien’s name was called over the intercom and soon he gathered his things and walked out of the classroom without another word said. He walked down the hallway as if nothing ever went down, not really caring too much about what other people thought of him as of this moment. He could really care less at this given moment. He popped his neck and he entered the office. He was led back to Mr. Barrets and was talked to. Kaien mostly tended to pay attention to something else, finding this talk to be boring. He yawned and it took a while longer till the talk ended. Kaien had to walk out to the car with his parents. He listened to them rant on and on about nothing in particular, at least, he didn’t find it important, but they thought otherwise. He rubbed his eye, wincing a bit as it was a little bruised. He looked at his parents and nodded some.
“Kaien, you have to behave in this school… It isn’t right for you to continually ruin what you have going on. This place is the only way we can get you a good school education. You need to step up your game. Join sports, get some real friends.” His father said and he shook his head. “You need to learn discipline at some point and that point is now. Gain a real life, this is what it is actually like to be normal. We felt this would teach you to be responsible for your actions, but if this is only going to make you realize you are just not needed, so be it. This is how life is. Sure you have never gone to a public school until now, but this will actually teach you something. Why don’t you pick a wise friend and learn from him or her. Whoever your friend may be. But I think you should pick one of the people that aren’t so popular. They are snotty and it will only continue to teach you to think wrong, and you need to learn that. The sooner the better in this case. Good luck Kaien.” His father said and then he climbed into his Mercedes. His mother softly patted his shoulder then she got in and the car took off. Kaien just cursed, and swore for a few minutes but then calmed as he watched them drive away.

╚══════════════════════════════════════════╝ Disinterestedly, Destiny watched Kaien’s parents walk into the school, tears left her and she was filled with determination. Untying her braid she let her hair slip over her face, the light curls didn’t look so bad. She thought as she ran her fingers through it. She opened a compact mirror and looked at her face, a little dry and some dark circles were her only issue. She smirked a little but set to work putting some blush over her pale cheeks and foundation. Just because she didn’t wear makeup did not mean she didn’t know how to use it, Faith always taught Destiny what she knew, hoping that Destiny would one day use them. Her sister was the Goddess of Beauty all her life, pageants and proms were her life. When she was done she looked like…her mother, who looks like Faith, she smiled a little happy. Opening the car door she stood up, feeling different and pissed off. She noticed Kaien and his parents were coming back to his car and she flinched, just the sight of him made her want to run. Pulling out book bag she ducked off into the school. The passing period seemed to be in place and she tried to blend in with the masses.
“Narny?” A shocked but pleased voice asked and she turned around to see Jenni, “You look amazing!” Destiny grinned, “Yeah but I feel so awkward.” She pulled on a strand on her hair, Jenni laughed lightly and grabbed unto Destiny’s arm, “Come on I’m going to show you off!!” Destiny’s eyes widened and she groaned in protest, but once Jenni sets off on something its bullet proof to the end. Destiny knew why she’d changed her image; part of it was about some inexplicable want to be girly. Another was to show Kaien, that she could become more than he was, the want to piss him off. Hurt faded into pleasure as she talked with her friends when she sat down, they had a sub in history so no one paid attention to the poor man.

Kaien rolled his eyes and then just headed into the school. He pushed his hands into his pockets then he walked down the hallway. He yawned and soon headed to history class. He soon walked to the back of the classroom and sat down. He didn’t pay attention to Jenni, Destiny and their group of friends. He tipped his head back, closing his eyes. He soon looked ahead when the substitute would start to say something. He smirked seeing Destiny, but then looked outside the window, he saw Cindy in the front, he then waded a piece of paper into a ball and tossed it at Cindy. It hit her and she looked back, looking rather angry but the moment she saw Kaien wave at her she squeaked and quickly slid to a desk next to his. She made sure the substitute wasn’t looking and she smiled. She leaned in some, whispering to Kaien. Kaien turned towards her some, talking to her quietly. He grinned as he heard the substitute telling them to shush and pay attention to the lesson. He straightened himself then got out another piece of paper. He got a pen and then wrote a note to Cindy. Instead of talking they were just passing a note back and forth. They did this throughout the whole class period. When the bell rung Kaien stood up and passed the note to Cindy, he gave her a wink and shot her a charming smile. He wrapped an arm around the back of her neck. “Don’t let anyone see that.” He teased as he walked with her out into the hallway.
One more class period left and he gets to head to lunch, which just happened to be with Cindy. He spoke to her as they walked down the hall. He paid no attention to the others that were trying to gain his attention. Soon he stopped in front of the Math room and he gave her a hug, grinning as he saw a football player. He let go of Cindy, said he would see her later and headed into the classroom. There he sat more in the middle, not paying any mind to the girls that were gazing at him and pretty much drooling over him. He wanted to get this period over so he could go to lunch and just chill rather than having to bother with boring classes such as the ones he is being forced to go to. He released a breath and popped his neck then his knucles.
