Speed Abilities

Dashing: A most basic technique that allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's atributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent. This technique is basically for all ranks.
Shunpo (Flash-Step): A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. This technique requires a very high level of training, thus a most difficult one to obtain. One, who is of a high lieutenant ranking, must be able to possess Shunpo. Furthermore, it is a most fearsome mid-range/long-range speed known to be the exceeding ability than dashing. All in all, this ability can only be used by lieutenants and captains. For lieutenants it is nearly mastered, yet not perfected. Therefore, it is only of mid-range level 1. For captains Shunpo is of a level 2 maximum ability in which it is fully perfected for both mid-range and long-range.
Air Walk: Another skill, though not necessarily related, is the Soul Reaper ability to walk on air using spiritual energy. By collecting and solidifying spiritual particles beneath their feet, Soul Reapers can gain traction on thin air to either freely move about or to stop themselves from falling. This particular ability can only be obtained from officer level. Furthermore, it cannot necessarily be used every so often, especially for officers. It is an ability that can only be temporarily used but cannot last for a very long period of time. However, for lieutenants, they can stay on air for quite a bit longer and for captains, it can be held for quite a long while considering the great amount of riatsu within a captain ranking individual.
Senka (Flash Blossom): Although Shunpo is connected with this ability, this technique possess a unique name and style of its own. This technique is known as Senka (闪花, Flash Blossom), a flash step combined with a spin to quickly move behind the enemy, followed by a strike aimed to destroy the saketsu chain and the hakusui soul sleep with a combination of two quick thrusts. This technique is one of the two, that Youruichi developed mixing Shunpo to complete its ability. Furthermore, only certain individuals, of high ranking captain level can possess such an ability.
Utsusemi: This technique is one of the most difficult speed abilities of them all. Furthermore, this is also one of the two, that Youruichi developed as well. It is the 4 ways of the Shihou through Shunpo which is also known as "Utsusemi". It's ability is a speed known to be so fast that the user leaves an afterimage of him/herself. Its affect is most absolute, superb, and flawless if ever fully perfected. And to be more specific, Utsusemi's speed is so fast, that the enemy can practically feel and touch the physical body of the afterimage and not even know the very fact that it is nothing more but an afterimage. Its very image can easily deceive the eyes of the enemy. This technique is very rare, thus few captains are able to possess such a flawless ability. Furthermore it is most lethal when combining Senka after Utsusemi is executed.

Desperating, but always kind to others. there are no records of him before meeting Kai, but since that happened, he never leaves her side.
Inner World: It resembles a british town, with dark streets, and a pub. Like in a detective novel, with that melancholic, mysterious and sexy touch to it.

Shikai Form:
The sword gets infused by a large amount of dark reiatsu, and it gets divided into two swords...
attached by a long, heavy iron chain, that can be dismantled from their hilt to be used as a another weapon. However, this chain, since it is infused with her reiatsu, she is the only one who can carry and use it. For others, no matter who they are, it is extremely heavy, almost unbearable. When she's not using it, the chain surrounds her as a snake would.

Shikai Ability: Manipulation of her chain, like by instinc, to perform many actions (grabbing, surrounding, etc).
Shikai Attack One: Offense: Kai is capable to create, with the dark energy among her swords and chains, various types of attacks, manipulation the shape, weight and power of the dark energy she handles:
- Throwing dark energy spheres from the tip of her swords, like rifles (like medium sized bullets - 10 per post, needs another post to recharge)
- Creating dark lightnings to attack a certain oponent, or a certain area. (1 per post, 2 for recharge)
- Dark energy slash (some sort of Getsuuga Tensho (one per post, 3 for recharge)
Shikai Attack Two: Defense: thanks to her chain, Kai can create some sort of shield/cocoon around her, by spining really fast. Since the chain is so heavy and strong, it can stop some strong attacks, but for a limited period of time, since there is no space for her to attack at that moment. Only by separating some of the chain links, which are still heavy, launching them towards an oponent, which will keep it without moving for a post.
Shikai Attack Three: Hebi (Snake): Suddenly, the chain starts moving by itself, resembling the movements of a snake, a cobra some say. It "comes alive" and reacts in Kai's will, getting the ability to pursue its target, and it can crawl and trap the enemy. It's basically an iron animal. Take in cosideration that the chain is pretty heavy itself.
Obviously, it's not invincible. it can make a move every two posts, needing one to prepare itself, and the other to attack. The chain, however, if it's broken, can attach back together (sort of Renji's zampakutoh)

Bankai

Bankai Name: Kuroi Kusari - Shikei shikkō-jin.
Bankai Form:
Bankai Size: The swords get together, and fuses into a scythe.
Bankai Release Phrase: "Bankai...Kuroi Kusari: Shikei shikkō-jin. (Executioner)
Bankai Ability: Usage of the shadows and darkness to increase her power strength. The chain, when not needed for the attacks, becomes a pair of wings.
Bankai Attack One: Kabe Hebi:
The chain snake become a chain wall, pilling up on herself. It completely hides Kai behind it. (It only coveres the front so her sides and back are open, however if Kai turns around, the wall turns as well so her front is always covered)
Kai is able to see through the chains but it is very difficult for the opponent to see her because between each chain throughout the wall is covered by her reiatsu, making it nearly impossible for any to see in. The chains get a black color, very different from the silver one.
Kai is able to send long stretches of chains out at her opponent, like whips ravaging against them. These long stretches of chain have a very thick very sharp barb at the end so the chain not only could wrap around the opponent, but puncture them as well. These stretches of arrow headed chains are controlled by Kai (via fingertips) so they are able to twist and turn as if there are strings attached to them but really it is just your reiatsu that gives you the controlled effect. However, it has some sort of range limit. It can't reach no more than half kilometer, so she needs to be in constant movement to reach them.
Bankai Attack Two: Shadow Clone:
Kai starts to bend and manipulate the darkness around her (excluding the opponent's shadow) trying to completely engulf her opponent with the darkness, then seconds later the darkness resides back to where it came from, unharming the opposer. At first glance nothing may not have happen but this attack at random choice an attack that is not from their finally stage in order to mimic the same power so Kai herself is able to preform such attack for the next 10 minutes. This attack can only be used once on the same person per use, meaning if she already copy an attack from a person she can't copy another attack from that same person until the effect wears off.

Biography

Kai was alive a century ago. She was the daughter of a powerful minister, one of the tsar’s most important people, and her brother was the Commander of the Special Tactics Army in Russia. She was trained by both of them in both aspects. She became a very influential person at the age of 12, at the time that many international mandataries saw her great abilities.
Her mother was murdered when she was 4, which made her block all memories of her, and made her lose her normal childhood. She helped her brother train the Stealth branch of her army, making them one of the most fearful armies in the world.
She became immune to emotional pain, at least she thought so. She was really kind, always seeking for justice. She became the Commander of the Stealth branch a year later. Kai gets killed a few days after of turning nineteen, by an assassin hired by her father’s opposition, sending her to the land of the death. After days of wondering around, a shinigami, dressed in black kosode and hakama, invited her to become a shinigami.
Don't let her kind appearance deceive you, she's deadly.
