Opelucid City in Black has a different appearance than in White. One is more futuristic than the other. I believe some guy mentions something of a time machine that operates when he uses a Pokemon that knows Charge...?

Oh right! I remember that now. I was thinking competitively, where Charge is next to useless.

its to get an item called the cell battery which absorbs an electric move then raises the pokemon attack if im correct.
