Is Arcana Break good hoarding?
Will I make profit out of it?

Normally I'd say yes, for short-term hoarding. But since it's supposed to leave the cash shop very soon, if it hasn't yet, I'd say you've already missed your chance for optimal profit. Wait until the next RIG comes out.
