Cyrus let go of Harli because of the punches to his ribs. He backed up holding them.

Harli then attempted to follow Cyrus and tries to kick him in the gut. If successful, Harli would then try to put Cyrus into position for a suplex

Cyrus is kicked in the gut. As Harli attempts the suplex, Cyrus locks his leg around Harli's to block. Cyrus would try to nail Harli with a swinging neckbreaker from the suplex position.

Cyrus's neckbreaker was successful in sending Harli into the mat as he held on to the back of his neck

Given the spilt second after Cyrus had failed to get the pinfall, Harli would roll away from Cyrus before he could try to lock in the Anaconda Vise on Harli.
