Amy's foot connects with the side of Jak's head. She hits the mat as a result from the impact, with her leg pulled down from the ropes as Jak falls.

((Oops! I'm sorry. It looks like it hits the side of the head, but when I looked closer on a gif, it did hit the back of the head. You're right. sweatdrop ))

Amy was forced off. Amy took advantage and tried for a Lion-sault.

Jak yelled in pain, but when the ref asked if she wanted to submit, she shook her head no. Jak absolutly refused to tap out. She reached for a rope to attempt a ropebreak
