Tambry was terribly excited to be able to help on the pitch again this year. Their team hadn't done so well last season, but she was hopeful they would do better. She'd asked Csuri for help setting up for practices for their team. After all, Slytherin had won the cup last year. Besides, she spent time with Kavi, and Vikram and Csuri were there! Plus Csuri seemed so excited to show off the binders she'd made. But now it was time to actually set everything up. She had tucked her curls up into pompom buns, with sparkly blue ribbons around the hair. So far, only Lily was here, but that was okay. They likely had a whole cadre of eagles on the way.

Wen was practically bouncing in place when the morning of tryouts finally popped up. He had a brand new broom, courtesy of Granddad Wyatt (and dad and Lewis too), and he couldn't wait to fly. He all but ran out the doors after snarfing down breakfast with his family. He was so excited! Once he got to the pitch, only the captains were there. "Hi Lily! Hi Tambry! You guys ready to win this year?!" He grinned brightly, his way-too-big Ravenclaw Seeker sweater covering up his hands. Tambry walked over, helping him roll up his sleeves. "Oh! Thanks! Lewis' arms are way longer than mine!" He laughed, then went to do up paperwork in his favorite rainbow gel pen.

Seoirse had eaten breakfast alone, as was usual. Even though he had a sibling at school with him, Caoimhe seemed to do everything she could to avoid him. Weirdly, he noticed that if she needed help, she often went to him first. Of course, he wasn't ever supposed to tell anyone that part. She was happier as an independent kid, so he'd do his best to honor that... even if it made him a little sad. It definitely didn't make his homesickness any better. Once he was done, Seoirse headed outside, holding his new broom as he moved. Caoimhe had been a little upset she couldn't bring a broom, and more upset that Seoirse wouldn't let her use his. He walked out and filled out the paperwork, then stood to the side to stretch a bit.

Iana was ready to play this year. She ate breakfast with Eddie, both discussing quidditch strategies. Ravenclaw hadn't done very good last year, but hopefully they'd do better this time. She headed outside, this year with a broom of her own (even though it was Eddie's previous broom). No more school brooms for her! When she made it to the pitch, Iana waved at her teammates, then used her pen (which was nice and germ-free) to fill out her paperwork. She had quidditch gloves on too, but still! Germs could figure out their way in!

☾ ⋆*･ﾟ:⋆*･ﾟ Andromeda hadn't originally been planning on playing Quidditch, but apparently her Mumma had played when she was in school. She was one of the best Keepers in the whole school, so she decided she'd try the same. What if she was good too? Besides, she'd heard that Ravenclaw needed a backup Keeper anyway. She braided her hair into a bun, then pulled on a navy sweater with golden stars embroidered in it. She didn't have a ton of Ravenclaw sweaters yet, but this one should match well enough! Walking outside, she saw a few other Ravenclaws. One of them directed her to a sign-up form, so she filled everything out. Perfect! Benji had been so excited to be on the main team last year and he had performed rather admirably for a first year. He'd even managed to steal from Gryffindor's captain last year. Another year. Another chance to bring home the victory. Zoe jogged onto the field, pulling her hair back behind her, tying it up into a ponytail. She had gone with a soft lavender color this year, instead of blue like last year. Maybe she went too strong with that choice, leading to some weird vibes resulting in their defeat. Or maybe she just needed to work harder. Nothing worth having comes easily, her father always told her. She quickly scratched her name onto the registration form, scribbling in the rest of her information before joining Seoirse for stretching. She bumped him with her shoulder, a silent greeting as she gave him a welcoming smile and began to pull her arms behind her back.
