Everyone needs an area to train and this is where you can find it. Minimal scrolls are provided by a cheerful book keeper, none exceeding Chuunin rank. You can start your training here, in one of the many fully equipped rooms. This is not an area meant for training with and elemental affinities. Taijutsu and Bukijutsu are only allowed.
