A woman stands up, raising her scepter, holding her arms outwards in a sign of peace. This woman's name is Vinroy Arashi, and she is the balance between the two worlds to come.

She says aloud to those within the room, "We, the people of Japan hold our heads low in shame. Why must we do this? Why must we hide ourselves from those of Britannia? Why must we not find peace? The man known as Zero found that peace, so why, once more must we hide? He must shed those things called "hate" and love one another. To me, love is but a word, unable to express itself unless you truly show love...yet, why can we not do just the same? Instead of walking, standing, sitting around...believing that we are trash, we must hold our heads high and claim that WE the people of Japan are HUMAN! We must hold our heads high and then, ask of ourselves who we are? We are those united. We are the United States of Japan!" She holds her scepter high, and everyone within the room claps loudly, even the Britannian officials watching. They know that with the outcome of the meeting, it will be settled whether Japan and Britannia will be at the end of a very slim rope. They know that if the meeting is a success, then everyone will be in peace. They know that the woman standing on stage is married to the Emperor of Britannia, and she herself is Japanese. Thus, they believe that she is the key to winning peace. They...are fools.

A sniper hides within the trees, holding a gun. He is slim, looking about the age of eight. He had been trained to shoot since he was four, thus, allowing him to shoot with his eyes closed even. He hides within a tree, hdiden from view, taking in the scene. He smiles. No one knows that he is there, because they do not care. They are unable to locate him, and even if they did, it would be too late. The woman's fate was sealed ever since she walked upon the stage. The link between the worlds...would die. The child coughs, and a guard looks up at the trees. He notices nothing, thus, he continues to walk on, guarding the perimeter. It was decided. The woman's fate was sealed, and all it would take would be a single bullet. Smirking, the child takes aim at the woman's head, a series of thoughts going through his own. "I'm going to kill her...yes...yes I am...they'll praise me..." He licks his lips, squinting his eyes as the barrel released a loud bang, covered up by the silencer. It is quick, and it is done. The woman...is dead.

Within the hall, there is the sound of a breaking...shattering window. The woman smiles as her eyes roll up within her head. She crashes against the floor, blood draining from within her. The people shout, rushing up towards her, their screams too late. The guards look around, trying to find whoever shot her...though the sniper is gone. He walks back into the hall is if nothing happened. He smiles, his face reflecting the moonlight. "Goodbye Mother..." Viotanica El Britannia said aloud, turning and walking to his room.

Once more, the radio flickers on, words of wisdom pouring from it, fluttering out for the umteenth time. Those surrounding the radio look up, smile wrinkles covering their faces. They wish for good new, but they only get bad, horrible news. Finally, for the first time in four years, the information is given truthfully. Instead of getting news that the Emperor had given up, they obtained the words of hurtful truth from his son.

"I am sorry to say that my father could not be here together. But here is the truth. My mot- mother was murdered by a sniper four years ago. I swear, in my father's absence as Emperor, I will stand and destroy the Japanese for what they have done to her...I will destroy them all!"

Viotanica's speech was met with many cries of hate and saddness. The Japanese weren't to blame! It wasn't them! The boy known as Viotanica smiled within his throne. The Japanese would be exterminated within a year. He was sure of it...

Half of the Japanese Population was destroyed. Viotanica was to blame, though the Britannia's view him as a hero. The Japanese swear for blood. As the Emperor resumes ruling over the land, he tries to obtain peace...but it...is so far away...
