Promotions:
Promotions within the Thieves Guild are for those individuals who have demonstrated a desire to contribute to the Guild as a whole. They will not be automatic. Everyone will start out as a recruit or basic soldier. Until someone meets requirements, the spots will be held by NPCs. The Brotherhood is Based in Vetarius City, so each division will cover one of the four sections of the city.
Thief Lord: 200 posts
Support of 3 of the 4 Cardinals
Support from majority of Sons of Loki
(See guidelines for overthrowing a Faction Leader)
Grand Cardinal: 100 Posts
Support of 2 other Cardinals.
Support of majority of the division you wish to lead.
Consent of the Thief Lord
Division Leader: 50 posts
Consent of Cardinal you will serve
I mentioned in "Welcome to the Underworld" that in order to become a Cardinal, or Thief Lord, you must steal their Proof of Leadership. That is more a Scripted event, which will play out after you have met certain requirements
I do this to promote individuals who will contribute to the RP, and not to allow just anyone to be in higher positions. I may promote early on in the RP if you demonstrate exceptional RP skill and dedication to the RP.
