very interesting, considering Yuyuko is my absolute favorite Touhou while Remi is my absolute least favorite.

i'd bash on Remi because I hate her so much but she is still someone else's favorite character, so I'll refrain.

That should be a law, you know, that your most hated character is your neighbor's favorite character.

My absolute least favorite is Cirno for being such an immature brat, but it casually happens that she's the #1 favorite of the entire fandom, and one of my favorites is Kanako because of that chill wise impression of hers...

Meh, I don't hate any characters in particular, but I do dislike Kanako just a little for all the trouble she caused.
Also, I did not notice the whole "inverted character" thing at all, but now that you mention it...
