Leveling
You got it, yea that is right, LEVELS! You thought you could just roam around as a if you were level 85 with hyper beam or hydro pump, OVERRULED! That's right, you are going to be like everyone else and start at level 5, with the exception of the captains of the groups, they get the a three level head start at level 8, if you couldn't do the math. Now don't come crying to me about the THREE level bonus. I will tell you to suck it up and delete your message. that's right I am a heartless beast.
Now as for knowing when you level up, defeat one Pokemorph: 2levels, lose to a Pokemorph: 1level
Moves can be TMs and/or moves learnt by level. Just easy on the hydro pump charmander. I went there



Battling
To attack, roll a 10-sided dice. 1-3 is a miss, and 4-10 is a hit.
`DO NOT USE TWO ATTACKS IN ONE POST. You are allowed to direct an attack [for example, Cyndaquil jumped in the air, preparing its flamethrower in the midst of a spin. Or something.], but do not use two attacks!
If your attack has a potential side effect (freezing, confusion, burns, whatever), roll a second die. 1-5 = It works. 6-10 = It doesn't. Plain and simple.
The above would also apply to abilities such as Flame Body and Static, where the side effect is a status condition. If you're battling a Pokemon with an ability like the two mentioned, and your Pokemon physically touches the other through an attack (like Tackle), roll an extra 10-sided die. 1-3 = Ability works, 4-10 = ability fails.
As for godmodding and powerplaying, don't auto-hit your opponent. Say things like, "Pikachu aimed his Thunderbolt at the Magikarp and let loose his power" or "Breloom threw a vicious Dynamicpunch at the wild Growlithe". Notice how it was never stated that the attack hit? That's what the dice decides for you.

Pokemorphs with a SPEED increase due to a move or ability will roll a 12 sided di instead of 10 for their attack di, 1-2 miss and 3-12 hit and their opponent will roll a 10 sided di but with odds as miss and evens as hit.


Evolving
Alright, this is difficult for this type of guild to have evolving...So if you can make this s**t work then by all means do it, but at the moment I would think it would throw off the human form a bit. But whatever. IF you do decide to evolve your character, EVOLVE IT AT THE RIGHT LEVELS. You think you can get by with it even if it is only one level off, think again! I will know-- I will know.whether I care or not is another issue.


Moves & HP
Any move can be learned in coordination to the pokemon. The level determines how many moves a pokemon can have at one time.
Level5: 4 moves
Level8: 7 moves
Level20: 10 moves
level26: 13 moves
level45+: 15 moves

HP is slightly trickier, but we will manage I am sure. This also goes by level; however, the starting HP is the BASE STAT of your pokemon. If you do not know the BASE STAT, I am glad to help you out.
Levels5-11: Add 1HP for every level earned (Winning battle=2HP losing=1HP)
levels12-28: Add 3HP for every 2 levels
levels29-45: Add 11HP for every 4 levels
levels46-70: Add 12HP for every 6 levels
Levels71-80: Add 18HP for every 3 levels
Levels81-93: Add 25HP for every 6 levels
Levels93-100: Add 11HP for every level earned

Abilities(Added to as we go)

Shadow Tag: No forfeits in tournaments and there is no fleeing in battle.
Chlorophyll: Speed is increased in sunshine. Refer to speed boosts in BATTLING.
Infiltrator: Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, and Mist have no effect
Thick Fat: Damage from Fire and Ice moves are halved
Hydration: Status ailments are cured in rain.
Ice Body: 10HP is given after every turn when it is hailing
Bad Dream: 10HP is deducted from a sleeping foe each turn.
Early Bird: A sleeping pokemon will awaken a post after falling asleep.
Flash Fire: Makes pokemon immune to fire-type moves and increases power by 5 points every time it is hit by a fire-type move.
Unnerve: Prevents foe from eating a berry
Levitate: Makes immune to Ground-type moves (except Sand-Attack), Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Arena Trap, and damage from Sky Drop. These immunities can be lost if holding an Iron Ball, or the Pokémon is under the effects of Smack Down, Gravity, or Ingrain.
Marvel Scale: Damage is decreased by 5 when the pokemon is suffering from a status ailment.
Intimidate: Attack damage done by the foe is decreased by 3.
Guts:Attack is increased by 4 while affected by the burn, paralysis, poison, or sleep status ailments
Synchronize: Status ailment inflicted on the user is given to the foe as well.
Poison Touch: Contact will cause poisoning. Di must be rolled to see if the foe becomes poisoned.
