He tweeted this and this "Damn, Did @Ladygaga swipe this song? Pretty damn similar to Judas http://tinyurl.com/3q37z98 Thieving hatchling "

"Damn, Lady GaGa stole this song? Much like Judas. Birth of the robbery. ""

For those of you who don't know he is the one that makes most of Britney's and Katy Perry's hit songs.
The girl in that video tried to say Gaga wrote Judas in december
Dr Luke has suspended his twitter after a flood of Lil monsters attacked him on there.

Here's the deal: Gaga did not copy/steal this. The beats can be used by ANYONE who wants to use them. They're FREE and are featured on a CD titled "VENGEANCE ELECTRO ESSENTIALS, VOL. 1." (/watch?v=aQvGrOm7BDU << proof in comments and description) You, I, even my dog could use them for a song and it would be okay. THERE IS NO CRIME HERE. Gaga and her producer liked the way they sounded, so they used it for "Judas." Loli getting to the beats first means nothing. Anyone can use them.

Not to mention I've heard several other artists in electronica who use beats, synthetic sounds and the like in other music-making programs. I like how electronic artists expect to have completely different songs when there's only how many programs out there.

Kind of shows you should do research before you open your jackass of a mouth.

There's also the thing where you can do a lot of s**t in Fruity Loops. I found in mine a little music loop that sounds like the Sonic Heroes Theme song.

Oh hey Dr. Luke. I love that new single you produced, titled 'All the Things She Said'. I heard they changed the title to E.T.

those haters are so annoying/uneducated/jealous*. they need to get a life they enjoy instead of hating on a person who loves and receives so much. its pointless bashing gaga (who does not bash other celebs) b/c her monsters are the MOST LOYAL FANS

Just to play devil's advocate .. Doesn't that still sorta mean Gaga copied it? Lawfully, she's not accused, but I thought RedOne and her co-produced it.

Sorta like Andy Warhol taking the Mona Lisa and making another picture of it with 30 Mona Lisas in one frame. I'm not saying it's a bad tactic, but I just thought Gaga made it from scratch, in a reasonable extent.

EDIT: Dr. Luke is still a punk a**, for real.

i kinda feel like
everything/anything ever/always is created from an image from an "inspiration"....weather it be from religion, family history, or musical "tools" such as the Free Beats.

gaga wasn't trying to be like that girl that dr. luke posted about. she was trying to create something totally different......

now wether Judas is something totally different or not is a different story (i hear bad romance(it IS BR version.7) haha but its still good), but in this case, i dont believe gaga ever intends on CopyING any sort of music.... isnt "Being Different" the whole point of gaga in the first place?

I wasn't getting at Gaga trying to be like Loli Lux. I just thought Gaga has been making beats(at least the chord progression) with RedOne from "reasonable" scratch.

The WannaBE song ******** sucks though, btw. Listened to it a few times and it just really sucks.
