Squall sighed a bit. That is how school was for him. though SeeD training had been getting tougher through out the years. "What do you plan on doing during your summer break?" asked Squall raising an eyebrow.
Cloud was surpised how much this female reminded him about Tifa. Though he hadn't seen her in many many years. "Yeah I can give you a tour. Maybe after the party if that is okay with you. Nightmare and Tricks really aren't thing you have to worry about. Very rarely do they come out to cause trouble." Though Cloud had never ever really met a nightmare or a trick before.

"Great! Thank you" she said, pleased to be able to spend more time with Cloud "and that will be awesome, it will be nice to take a walk after the party is finished though I am not sure if I should be leaving Jem alone..."
Jem, having over heard, walked over to the silver haired girl and whispered into her ear "go, enjoy yourself, I can take care of myself" she said as she winked at her, Synergy had helped her out in the past and so it wasn't like she wouldn't help her out again if need be.
Sabbath looked at Jem and smiled a little "if you are sure" she said as she saw Jem nod and move away outside to see what was going on at the back "well" she said looking at Cloud "I guess I am all your's" she said smiling a little more "and that maybe so but I don't think I want to test that theory out, I have enough trouble with family life without needing to get into trouble with random Kitsu's" granted, to her, slicing up a Nightmare or two would be fun but, of course, that would have to wait till later when she could go out alone.

Keira smiled, yes these two would do nicely. This firebug fellow even knew how to talk to a lady, this was going to turn out to be a fabulous party after all. "Oh yes I quite agree, why I heard from a reliable source that pink used to be considered a masculine color and was reserved for male children and blue for females! Sounds silly but she swears its true, go figure hu?" Makoto had her uses after all! That know it all book worm might just help her with this party after all.
Jeolu nodded his agreement with Optimus and smiled his thanks for the concern. "I don't know what to do anymore, I always seem to get in trouble with them" he frowned clearly troubled by it. "I try to stay out of their way but I must have horrible luck because where ever I go seems to be exactly where they are planning on going so I'm always in their way" the thought never occurred to him that the females were actually following him and that it didn't matter what he did. "I just wish I knew what to do to prevent them from being so mad at me" he looked to Optimus with a look of pleading in his eyes, hoping Optimus might have the answers he was looking for.

Optimus appeared thoughtful then smiled kindly.
"Well, the females I know prefer to be treated kindly, and you seem the kind sort. Paitence helps. Not all females are all that aggressive." He gave a reassuring gesture.
"You were talking with one of my own friends earlier, wel, she tried. I can promise while energetic if you explain, she may try to be a little calmer. And I know for a fact she would protect you a bit, even if she doesn't mean to. Latent mothering instinct. And our local Mer Jormungandr will act like any male." He nodded.
"The biggest difference really is reproductive organs."
And he sweatdropped at the dance floor as Nova tried to go on her hind legs and fell on her back clumsily.

Jeolu looked up with a flicker of hope, his ears betrayed his fears when the fell back however. Could he believe this stranger when all of Jeolu's life said otherwise? She never actually hurt him, that girl with the green ball, he thought back, she had kinda seemed sad when she left. Could he try? Would he freak out? It had been so long since he had lived without fear but it would be so nice if he could! He wanted to believe to have that hope but his whole body shook in fear of being near a female. "I... I'll try" A big guy like himself being afraid of a little female was just embarrassing! "Will you come with me?" Maybe if he had an armored male on his side he wouldn't feel so scared and they wouldn't be as likely to attack.. he hoped

Cloud looked at Sabbath and tilted his head at the mention of family troubles. "What kind of issues? " He really wonder for a moment whether or not this was a good idea. Cloud's ears flickered a bit. He notice that Squall was still talking to his son. Cloud miss his own kits but he did see them every now again. His ice blue eyes went back on Sabbath.

Sabbath shook her head "it's nothing, I shouldn't of said anything" she said as she bowed "i'm sorry" she said as she stood up "anyway, what about you? What brings you out to a party like this? I can't really see you being the type to come to things like this" she said, remembering what she had read in her files, Cloud Strife wasn't one for social gatherings unless he really needed to so seeing him at a party doesn't exactly compute.

"True. I don't come to these kind of social events but...," Cloud trailed for a moment in thought," I was hoping to see old acquiescence, but other hand Squall wanted to get out. He was restless. Its been quiet and we just didn't have anything else better to do." Cloud wasn't sure either why he had come. Maybe to see if Tifa was around but he doubted it. Eris was off taking care of Rufus and their family. And he was doing nothing. Just delivering items and nothing more. In a way he had become somewhat restless with his life.

"Well, I am glad you did, beats sitting around at home doing nothing" she said as she smiled at him, a playful glint in her eye "perhaps I can interest you in doing something fun?" She said said smirking a little, this party wasn't all that interesting and surely there was somewhere quite they could hang out at that will give them all the privacy they needed, talking is fine and all but given he wasn't much of a talker and she wasn't either well...maybe some fun could help them talk a bit more if there wasn't so much effort in trying to think of things to say on both their parts.

She said as she walked over to him and nuzzled him a little, playfully nipping at his ear "the party does seem to be dying down so this may be a good time to leave...unless, of course, we can find a place here..." she said as she licked his cheek and headed towards the back.
