I've learned that the average person doesn't like problems or obstacles. They get annoyed by them easily and will do almost anything to avoid them. However, Like everything in life, you have to decide for yourself if the prize is worth the price.

To lead, you have to serve. Meaning, you have to give up the way it is, to have it the way you want it. And successful people do what unsuccessful people are unwilling to do.


Take risks. You cannot play it safe AND stand out at the same time.
