Curse Marks
Benefits And Restrictions
Basic Information
• You may only have a single curse mark in one Rpc life time
• Level one curse marks are granted after being accepted
• Level two curse marks are achievable at Chuunin level
• A curse mark may lie anywhere on the body
• All curse marks, regardless of type, lie dormant until activated
• All curse marks require a single handsign, and a C-ranked amount of chakra, to activate
• The above process is repeated to activate Stage 2 of a curse mark
• All curse mark effects fade after a battle, or after the post limit has passed
• After usage of a stage 1 curse mark, the user is tired and a little sloppy in their movements
• After usage of a stage 2 curse mark, the user is typically exhausted and over whelmed
Extremely Important
• Only Chuunin (and above) are capable of obtaining stage 2 curse marks
• You may discard your curse mark at any time (aside during battle) but it must be reported to a crew member
• Effects from each stage do not stack
• Dont Forget! You have to wait before your application is accepted before you can use a curse mark!

The Cursed Seal of Heaven 
Owner:
Requirements: Must have Ninjutsu as primary class.
Stage 1:
Ability: Chakra is multiplied by half (+50%). User of this seal's Strength and Speed also increase (3x). Their Ninjutsu and Taijutsu skills increase by half of what they already are (1/2 rank).
Weakness: The Curse Mark will not activate if attacked by another Cursed hosts, and neither will theirs. If confronted in Stage 1, or 2, the mark will immediately shut down for both hosts.
Appearance: Looks like that of flames, and spreads across the upper left half of body spreading all around.
Side Effects: The main side effect of this technique is that it causes a wear on the bearer, and after several minutes of use (15 posts) the user will pass out.
Stage 2:
Ability: The chakra is now doubled that of what it regularly is (+100%). The user's Ninjutsu has increased greatly (1 rank). Chakra is now black, visually showing the increase. The ability to fly is also granted.
Weakness: The Curse Mark will not activate if attacked by another Cursed hosts, and neither will theirs. If confronted in Stage 1, or 2, the mark will immediately shut down for both hosts.
Appearance: Hair grows and turns into a faded gray. The skin color is now a slight dark brown, and hand like wings grow out from the back of the host.
Side Effects: After 15 posts in this state (Renewed if started out in Stage 1), the user will pass out.

The Cursed Seal of Earth 
Owner:
Requirements: Must be Primarily a Taijutsu user.
Stage 1:
Ability: Taijutsu increase by 1/2 rank, strength is increased by 3x, and Speed increase by 1/2 rank. Chakra is multiplied by half (+50%).
Weakness: Elemental style jutsu damage is increased by 1/2 rank.
Appearance: Curse Mark spreads in a labyrinth-like pattern.
Side Effects: The main side effect of this technique is that it causes a wear on the bearer, and after several minutes of use (15 posts) the user will pass out.
Stage 2:
Ability: Taijutsu increase by 1 rank, strength is increased by 5x, and Speed increase by 1 rank. Chakra is doubled (+100%), and dark brown, visually showing the increase. Has the ability to drain chakra with "Chakra Kyūin Jutsu" - Chakra Absorption Technique.
Weakness: Genjutsu damage is increased by 1 rank.
Appearance: Skin becomes red, hair turns into a mane down the hosts back. Several large bumbs appear on the hosts body. The host arms and body weight greatly increase.
Side Effects: After 15 posts in this state (Renewed if started out in Stage 1), the user will pass out.

The Cursed Seal of Hell 
Owner:
Requirements: Must have Fire as main element.
Stage 1:
Ability: Fire style jutsus increase by 1/2 rank. Chakra is multiplied by half (+50%). Fire damage reduced by 1/2 rank. Hand signs are not required to use fire jutsu.
Weakness: Water style jutsu damage increase by 1/2 rank
Appearance: The Curse Mark spreads over the host in a arrow trail like pattern.
Side Effects:The main side effect of this technique is that it causes a wear on the bearer, and after several minutes of use (15 posts) the user will pass out.
Stage 2:
Ability: Fire style jutsus increase by 1 rank. Fire damage reduced by 1 rank. Chakra is doubled (+100%), and dark red, visually showing the increase. Hand signs are not required to use fire jutsu.
Weakness: Water style jutsu damage increase by 1 rank.
Appearance: The host gains dinosaur like features. A large tail appears, and horns on the back of the host. The hair turns dark faded gray, and the skin turns dark faded brown.
Side Effects:After 15 posts in this state (Renewed if started out in Stage 1), the user will pass out.

The Cursed Seal of Tempest 
Owner: Hitomi Hyuga Requirements: Must have wind as main element Stage 1:Ability: Accuracy is increased by 2x. Wind jutsus strength increase by 1/2 rank. Chakra is multiplied by half (+50%). Weakness: Fire style jutsu damage is increased by 1/2 rank. Appearance: The Curse Marks spreads along the user body in a vine-line pattern. Side Effects: The main side effect of this technique is that it causes a wear on the bearer, and after several minutes of use (15 posts) the user will pass out. Stage 2:Ability: Accuracy is increased by 3x. Wind jutsus strength increase by 1 rank. Chakra is doubled (+100%), and white, visually showing the increase. The User now has the ability to make chakra webs, and summon Kyodaigumo. SummonWeakness: Fire style jutsu damage is increase by 1 rank. Appearance: Skin becomes darker, gains horns on forehead, shoulders and elbows, and grows long white hair. User gains 2 extra arms, and an extra eye. Side Effects: After 15 posts in this state (Renewed if started out in Stage 1), the user will pass out.

The Cursed Seal of Lightning 
Owner:
Requirements: Must have lightning as main element.
Stage 1:
Ability: Lightning style jutsus increased by 1/2 rank. Speed is increased by 2x, weapon accuracy is decreased by 1 point. Chakra is multiplied by half (+50%). Hand signs are not required to use lightning jutsu.
Weakness: Wind style jutsu damage is increased by 1/2 rank.
Appearance: The Curse Mark spreads all over the body in a zigzag pattern.
Side Effects: The main side effect of this technique is that it causes a wear on the bearer, and after several minutes of use (15 posts) the user will pass out.
Stage 2:
Ability: lightning style jutsus increase by 1 rank. Speed is increased by 3x, weapon accuracy is decreased by 2 points. Chakra is doubled (+100%), and yellow, visually showing the increase. Hand signs are not required to use lightning jutsu.
Weakness: Wind style jutsu damage is increased by 1 rank.
Appearance: The user now grows a single horn on their head. It is the opposite side as the second one of this curse mark. Skin turns into a slight, dark, faded brown.
Side Effects: After 15 posts in this state (Renewed if started out in Stage 1), the user will pass out.

The Cursed Seal of Soul 
Owner:
Requirements: Must have be primarily a Genjutsu user.
Stage 1:
Ability: Base Chakra is doubled. Genjutsu costs 1 less rank to use, 15 health points.
Weakness: Taijutsu vunerability, Endurance when hit is lower, Speed -1 point.
Appearance: The mark pushes out in a spiral explosion along the body, spreading out in spikes from the centre, curse mark glows and turns white during expansion.
Side Effects: The main side effect of this technique is that it causes a wear on the bearer, and after several minutes of use (15 posts) the user will pass out.
Stage 2:
Ability: Base Chakra is tripled. Speed is down by 2 points, Agility by 2. Genjutsu costs 1 less rank to use & now hits with the power of 1 rank higher.
Weakness: Endurance and Stamina while using curse mark drop drastically. When hit by taijutsu the damage is doubled.
Appearance: Hair grows to ankle length; Chakra becomes visible around the user – translucent white in colour – and takes very faint shapes of wings around the ankles of the user. Whites of eyes begin to glow with chakra.
Side Effects: After 15 posts in this state (Renewed if started out in Stage 1), the user will pass out.
