Sunset Sonata was the next zombie WHO decided to bring back to life. They thought it only reasonable, considering her death led to Mylian's own demise. That, plus she was extremely adorable and everyone missed her. It didn't take long to locate the girl; Sunset had somehow made her way home, and was sitting at her computer desk blankly staring at her monitor.
With a small pop, the G-Virus cure was injected into the undead girl's spine, and she slowly regained human consciousness. As she regained her memories, she also remembered the last few seconds of her life- and vowed to bring down Mylian.

Hatmaster hadn't really done anything at all since the initial break out of the G-Virus. He had kinda sat around looking cool with his hat, but overall wasn't very helpful. The poor boy wasn't even feeding himself.
For that very reason, Mylian had been assigned to make sure Hattie ate everyday to pitch in. Guess who wasn't doing their job because they were too busy infecting innocent people? Mylian. Thanks to his negligence, Hattie was now even skinner, even grumpier, and even less active than before. Considering Mylian was still recovering from being brought back to life, Hattie was the obvious first target. It wasn't a particularly interesting or brutal kill; the Scientist walked into the bathroom Hattie had claimed as his territory, eyed the starving hat enthusiast, and shot him in the chest. Hattie just laid there, starving and undead. He was also the only zombie during the entire outbreak to actually die from starvation.

Insomnesiac was growing tired of the survivor's travels. They had left Wal*Mart, and had made their way to a cheap diner to rest. Finding a cot in one of the back rooms of the Salty Spittoon, Insom couldn't help but crawl into the comfortable looking sack of hanging material for a short nap. She hadn't seen a bed since they left good ol' Wal*Mart. Unluckily for her, the zombies in the back rooms hadn't seen a human for a few days either.

Once again, the survivors were arguing over which one of them to send to WHO's headquarters. In the midst of the heated argument, they discovered something rather surprising.“Let's vote out buzzkid24! He smells so bad.” Voices rose in agreement.
“Gynne is the obvious choice. We need to save the women and children first!”
“Buzz is practically a woman. Or a child. Or both.” Murmurs and arguments once again erupted, until Gynne raised her hand to point at the disturbingly quiet Buzz. The others followed her gaze to the once human buzzkid24. Amidst all their fighting, Patient 0 had managed to infect him. After a short struggle with the zombie, it was agreed that Gynne would be the one to go to WHO headquarters.
However, Gynne wasn't telling her friends everything. As a matter of fact, she was a Private Investigator who had been hot on Patient 0's trail. Thanks to the sheer stupidity of everyone around her, the revived Scientist was now once again on the loose for another day. Quite frankly, Gynne didn't want none of that s**t, and was outtie.
