Judging by the game list thread...
either mario kart, or smash bro's, cause those are the games with the most users. well assuming that all those people are active...

II Tim II That's a good idea so i'll send an announcement to people saying which one we'll do but also we need to get new people who are active aswell as some people in this guild don't check it as much now ;/
I check in everyday, but isn't much to reply to... something from my pokemon guild that might help this place out a bunch, would be a main hangout thread in he main forum, where everyone can go to chat with each other, not just fans of the specific games. wouldn't necessarily be about gaming, but would be there to try and help foster friendships. If people had somewhere to just... talk, they might be more likely to stick around?

Yeah I used to have a Hang Out Sub Forum but it hardly got used..
Also did a Fun and Comps one but that hardly got used too..
We need to advertise more in the Guild Forum and affiliate ourselves with other similar Guilds so that's what I'll be starting on next, I can create another Hang Out Forum too as more Topics about everyday things could encourage more people to post!! ^^

Well i wasn't thinking of a hangout forum, more, just 1 thread in the main forum, 1 thread to have all the conversation in.
Our pokemon guild has it, but for the most part people just started looing for trades and battles in the hangout thread rather than using the other sub forums... not sure if thats good or bad.
but yes getting more members is important, and I wouldn't think it would be that difficult, since you don't really have much competition from other guilds.
the only problem I see is that now that your for wii, PS3 and Xbox360, your gonna need lot more members... before everyone who joined had a wii, so it was just a matter of finding people with the same game as you.
but now its for all 3 systems... so you'll need a lot more members to support each of the 3 systems. will also make tourneys more difficult to run I think... but just cause it will probably be more difficult doesn't mean it won't be worth it.
anyways... good luck in recruiting new member... I could help too if you want ^.^ lurk around til I find some conduit/SSBB/mario kart/ etc threads/discussion and put up links to the guild.
