So I was informed today that in roughly 5-6 months. I may be heading to Afghanistan. I'm actually pretty content about it. =)
Though this is not written in stone, theres still a chance they wont accept my volunteer statement. neutral
Anyhow, I've got fall back plans if my statement gets turned down and I don't deploy again, I'll get put on special orders that will at least let me help train the soldiers before they head out. Only thing is I'll be staying state side doing so. -shrug- At least I'll get to help. xd
I'll update this as more information is given to me.
