Why are the VCs not taking care of this? This VC is not taking care of it because this VC is tired of taking care of everything. As is Matsuo. Spiteful and ichigo shingami are rarely on and the other half of the "VC's" are no longer active in this guild. Then something needs to change because this guild has some wonderful people in it so I'd hate to see noobs kill it. So as a Crew member I am a Mod so what can we as a Mods do to fix this mess? And on that, what the heck is up with someone being approve to be both the 10th espanda and the 0? That makes no sense and sounds like a illogical idea. Ask ichigo shingami. I rather work as a team though. Ok well first off all the ooc needs to end, typically a VC is assigned to a plot, but in this case its if a VC or mod is part of the plot, I haven't done much because I was tired of the same type of plots, I'm going to start one soon that can't have screw ups, and if there are you simply get kicked out of it right away, so if all the ooc doesn't stop soon then this plot as well will be brought to a quick halt, now stop with all of the arguing, and get on with the plot, it's not noobs that kill the plot, it's the people who keep arguing, bring it to a halt simply to argue, mods, lay down the law and then enforce it, if they can't accept it, then get them the fck out... plain and simple... we're not here to b***h at one another, we're here to see to it that the rules of THIS GUILD, not every other, just this one, are enforced, so when I see huge chains of arguments, it makes me think said mod or mods are not doing their job, now don't reply to this simply because you would be ignoring everything I said... Now get on with the damn plot or end it.

Me a person whose only been in the guild maybe one or two months is MUCH more active then two VCs and about to become more active then the Captain. Honestly Restricted and nothing against him, you do more for this guild for this captain and so I am purposing Usurp. If you are willing to accept, I am suggesting an election for new leadership.

Anonomous is Spiteful. It's 149. And Ichigo was captain of the guild before but left for some reason and came back. You don't know the history of this guild. And for God's sake let us just stop posting in here. I am about to just delete the whole thing >> I don't even know why I continue to post in this guild.

(It makes sense for the same person to be the 0 and 10 Espada. That's how it worked with Yammy if you have't read the series. I'd think that everyone did so Ezi0. Also, 10 wasn't really a rank for the Espada, it was fake. Yammy used it as a cover. When he used his Resserection, the 1 dissapeared from the 10, making it a Zero, thus Yammy was the 0 AND 10 Espada. Now then, is the RP still going on, or did it die? I'm probably posting later Ayame...)

But seriously, Ichi and I have college to deal with so we check up daily and post if needed. We don't have the luxury of being excessive and completely attentive. Mostly we are just regulating the Espada and making sure that they have stuff to do, but the only time's I post is when the Espada have moments that I am required to appear, or if I'm stopping or starting a test, or if I'm making an announcement or posting a much needed statement, or I'm working on an applicants profile. We all have our duties and I preform mine to the best of my ability with paying the bills and doing research in mind. AND DID I MENTION COLLEGE!?
Also... Anonymous Aristocrat is me... sorry to ruin the anonymity, but it's the truth. Though He's more a mule than anything. I brought him into the guild for instances of my becoming banned because if happens frequently due to my derogatory statements in forums.
