Adviser (Will work as an adviser for the Faction leader, helping him with any decisions he cant make himself by pointing out "pros and cons" for each option, as well as giving his/her opinion on all matters the leader attends to, only the most trusted person will be the adviser)

Promotions Officer(Will work on examining Mercs who show high Potential, providing him/her/them with special tasks that only the best are Liable to do)

Recruitment Examiner (Will work on examining the the wanna-be mercs and provide them with a task to do)
