Sub Ranks will be added as faction grows, once added, all members will have 2 choices: 1. to keep the raw rank and have access to only basic training to the other branch ranks (training permissions stop after you have mastered them) 2. Gain a specialty and have full training, with no training in the other. Higher ranked members may have access to advanced training in lower-ranked specialties, but no full mastery+Full training in a specialty of their rank. (all training will be self-taught in the provided training grounds) Rookies have no training, but act as camp employees instead.

Promotion Information/Requirements
Rookie-->Scout/Soldier: Must be able to prove your skills in your chosen rank, scouts must show how well they can survive in the forests as well as keeping track of a target, and the speed of re-tracing a lost track. Soldiers must prove their skills in front-line fighting and keep enemies attention away from scouts.
Scout/Soldier-->Mercenary Veteran: There are many tasks you can easily handle at this point, for a promotion you must show your Leadership skills with a small group against an opponent(s) that may prove to be a challenge for the people in your group, strength isnt always the key to victory, for without tactics, strength is weak. to make the promotion, you must always keep your calm in the heat of battle, even when your team mates are falling, saving fellow mercenaries with your body will greatly improve your chances of promotion; it takes real bravery to sacrifice your body for another.
Merc Vet-->Warlord: No requirements, only those who stand out from the best of the best will be invited to join the rank of warlord, and receive access to advanced training in all rank specialties.
