CHAPTER ONE
Arrival
The afternoon was a beautiful one, that day. A clear, blue sky with barely a cloud...Warm, comfortable tempature...Swaying, colorful flowers in the slight breeze...And fresh, green grass...With a spot of white.
Silver's eyelids opened. His yellow eyes glanced around as he extended his arms and felt the ground he lay on. The young hedgehog sat up, turning his head to the left, then the right, puzzled by his surroundings. It didn't look familiar at all. After all, his world was in ruins. "Wha--? Where am I?" Silver murmured, using his phsycokinetic powers to uproot a daisy, drawing it to hover towards him. He stopped it, so it was just floating there. "How come everything's so...not destroyed?" The hedgehog got to his feet, turning and staring in awe at the features this area kept. "I didn't know anything could be so beautiful..." he whispered, strange leaf-like head spikes blowing back from a gust of wind.
A moment later, Silver shook his head. "This veiw can wait. Right now, I gotta find out how to get back home..." And with that, he ran off.

"Oh, where could he be?" A pink cat with a strange headress wandered the volcanic, lava-filled location she ended up in. Reaching the tip of the highest ledge she could find, she cupped her hands over her mouth.
"SILVER!" Her shout echoed in the wind, but recieved no reply. With a sigh, the cat glanced around. Her comrad was nowhere to be seen. Only sprewing hot magma and smoke. "Guess we've been seperated..." She walked down a narrow, rocky path leading from the cliff. "I hope that naive kid doesn't get himself into too much trouble and can hold out until I find him...."
