This technique seems to be a variation of the Shadow Shuriken Technique, replacing shuriken with senbon. The user throws at the same time a senbon with a bell attached, and another one without it, so that the opponent will only react to the sound of the bell and won´t notice the other senbon. However, if the opponent recognizes the trick behind it, this technique is easy to evade.
