I am excited for this holiday, and not just because it means chocolate and candy baskets and smashing eggs with my family. But also because I'm a HUGE fan of the zOMG! holiday events! Is anyone else looking forward to Easter? I wonder if they'll re-release the Midas Egg so that more people can get the badge. . . 'cause that would be sweet!

Toph Be Fong omg! that would be awesome! whats some of your online Easter traditions? mine is to dress up in pink, and go on a Easter egg hunt. but in RL i spend the time with my family, and go to Church. and we exchange small gifts. I like to play the zOMG! event, but otherwise I don't really have any online traditions (I'm hoping that Gaia has a forum event, so that the Phantom Gifters can come back, though!). IRL, my family and I go to midnight Mass, break our fast, and celebrate with a big lunch/dinner with lamb and our homemade Easter bread. My fave tradition is our egg-breaking. We dye a bunch of hardboiled eggs red, and each person gets one. Then we hit them together in a kind of "battle royale," and whoever has the last uncracked egg is supposed to be really lucky for the next year. =D It's a lot of fun! It's also pretty much the only time we speak Greek in my house.

I think part of it had to do with the fact that the zOMG! Easter event kept getting pushed back (I still haven't seen it out yet!). Also, I know that I was really busy Easter weekend with SakuraCon and my semester papers. =x
