The order of rank is
Father (Father Aeieo von helson)
Elders (there are 4 of them, they will be my loyal advisers and the most active members each controls a town)
Gunney (these are the enforcers of the lower ranks and report directly to the elders each controls 2 Sergents )
Sergent (these are the basic people who are in charge of 2 districts and in charge of Lance Corporals)
Lance Corporals (are in charge of 1 district and in charge of privates)
Privates ( the new guys the ones who have just joined us and have no responsibilities yet except to obey the higher up and do as they command)
