Okay I've got what you can call an intimidating build, ----I'm overweight, have a deep voice, i got picked on a lot when in grade school, and thus developed a rhetorical undertone to that same voice, and due to the being-picked on, i never really learned to smile.
I would say that gives me a lot of bad charisma, and so do plenty of my friends.
I'd like to improve it, but losing weight is an issue i'm working towards, so is there any other ideas/methods anyone can suggest to help me improve it a bit?

I'd eat improve my diet, get into some sports, especially fighting ones because they offer a good work out. Also I'd do activities I like or just fun stuff with my funniest and closest friends to work on smiling. Also theres nothing wrong with having a deep voice : P girls like that, alot think deep voices are sexy (that is if your trying to appeal)

I've already tried Fighting sports, sadly, i don't have the lung capacity...i even get shortwinded just talking.
the friend route sounds nice, but most of my friends are the kind to hole up at someone's house and have fun playing card, board or video games.
As for the whole deep=sexy thing, I am not seeking a girl, not now anyways, but i'll keep it in mind when i do look for one.
