List the Pokemon u defeated them with here for me it is Virizion, Emboar Cobalion, Thundurus, Darmanitan, and Zekrom for Defeating Cynthia i defeated her with Emboar, Cobalion, Garchomp, Piloswine, Zekrom, and Mewtwo

beat alder with hydreigon, flygon, dragonite, salamence, haxorus, kingdra.the same with cynthia cept hydreigon and haxorus were garchomp and altaria
