For the sake of actually contributing to the discussion: As the others said, there's been a major earthquake in Japan, so the servers, which weren't open even before the quake, are going to have their opening day delayed. My guess is that the Dream World will be opened sometime from late April to early May.

bislas Scrapjack bislas so i just wasted like 10 minutes sitting around my ds and it said that it was going under maintenence but it pissed me off when are they going to fix it?? So i'm not sure if you heard, but there was this really big earthquake in japan... no this was like before the earthquake
Originally, it was supposed to open to the US at the end of March. The earthquake hit just before it opened, and the opening was delayed. It's always been under maintenance for the US version of the game.

After like, 48-56 hours... FINALLY. Fennel let me in. It's pretty sweet. I got a Lotad for mah first DW pokemon.
