How exactly does it lower our IQ if we spit the toothpaste right out when we rinse our mouths?

Obscurus There's also fluoride in most drinking water, by the way. I see, so if I do happen to substitute main-brand toothpaste with something else, would it make much of a difference?

That was my alternative, thank you for the suggestion.

I think that regardless of what you use to clean your teeth your biggest intake of fluoride is going to be from drinking water. As you said, toothpaste gets rinsed out (most of it, anyway). Just to be clear though, I'm not one of the people that thinks fluoride is a mind control poison.
